We have pastors come to us because they’re tired, worn out and possibly burnt out.   Every area of their lives are affected by that fatigue and we at REST want to make sure that pastors are able to continue in the calling that they have been given and not succumb to circumstances and exhaustion.  Pastors have a tendency to give and give until there is nothing left in the tank...and we don't believe that to be healthy, wise or even biblical.

 

Statistics show that only one in ten pastors retire as pastors. Burn out plays a huge role in causing pastors to quit.  Through your donations, pastors and their spouses can come and recover, refocus and restore the joy and life into their ministry and return to their church with a fresh zeal and a plan for the future which will include times of rest and serenity.
